1. Return Conditions
   We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, labels, and instructions).

Return requests must be accompanied by original proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email).

2. Return Process
   To request a return, please follow these steps:

Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and a return address.

Pack the Item: Pack the returned item together with the return authorization number and original proof of purchase.

Send the Item Back: Send the package back to the address we provided. We recommend using a trackable mailing method and keeping the shipping receipt for verification.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned goods and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The refund will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after confirmation of return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item according to the return process and reorder the new item after receiving your refund.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item according to the return process.
